For NZ firms with under 20 staff · remote across New Zealand

Power Platform and AI for firms under 20 staff.

I build Power Apps, Dataverse and Copilot Studio tools on the Microsoft 365 your firm already pays for, plus custom AI automation where a plain flow is not enough. Everything runs from Christchurch over Google Meet, priced flat before I start, with source and credentials handed over at the end.

Who this is for, and who it is not for

Who this is for

Owner-operated firms with under 20 staff, running on Microsoft 365, with a spreadsheet, an Access or SQL system, or a paper process that has outgrown itself.

Who this is not for

If your firm already has a managed service provider or a Microsoft partner doing this kind of work, this is not for you, and I will say so on the first call rather than waste your time. I do not compete with an incumbent. For a firm your size, one person who builds the thing and stays reachable after it ships is the better deal than a bench of consultants behind an account manager.

Why one person costs less than a partner for a firm this size

A partner's price covers people you will never deal with directly: an account manager who sits between you and the build, a bench of consultants who bill whether or not they are the right fit for your job, and a discovery phase priced in days before you get a number.

On the stack you already own

What I build.

Five kinds of jobs walk in the door. Whichever one is yours, it gets scoped on one call and priced flat before I start.

Questions

Asked before the first call.

Do you only work with Christchurch businesses?

No, across New Zealand. Everything runs remotely over Google Meet and screen-share, recorded so nothing gets lost between sessions.

Do we ever need to meet in person?

No. The whole engagement runs over Google Meet and screen-share, including the fortnightly demos and the recorded handover. There is no in-person requirement, whether you are in Christchurch or anywhere else in New Zealand.

We already have an IT company. Can you still help?

It depends what they do. If they manage your Microsoft 365 and keep things running, and you want one specific tool built inside it, yes, I build alongside them and hand over documentation they can maintain. If they are a Microsoft partner already doing Power Platform or automation work for you, no, I will not step on that.

We are only four people. Is it worth it?

Often, if the process you want fixed already costs real hours every week. A Workflow Review gets you an exact number before you commit to anything. If the honest answer is a cheap subscription instead of a build, that is what you will hear on the call.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The app, the flows, the code and the documentation live in your Microsoft 365 tenant from day one. Source and credentials are handed over at go-live, with a 60-day warranty on top.
