What you get

Send me the one quote or proposal you are weighing up. I read it and reply by email within two working days, in plain English, covering:

What I need from you

No file upload here, so paste the quote text or describe it in your own words in the form below: what was quoted, what it covers, and roughly what it costs. One quote per request. If you would rather send a document, email it to balu@kove.nz and mention this page.

What this is not

If the honest next step turns out to be a proper scoped plan rather than a one-off read, that is the Workflow Review, $3,500, and I will say so instead of guessing. You only pay for it if you want one.

Just so I know who to reply to.
That email doesn't look right.
Paste the quote, or at least the gist of it, so there's something to look at.
The scope, the price, and anything the vendor told you verbally. Up to 4,000 characters.

Sending this doesn't sign you up for anything else. I reply once, by email, within two working days, and I won't share this with the company that quoted you.

Not sure yet whether you even need a build? Start with the free intro call on the contact page, or read who Kove is for and who it is not first.

Before you send it

Questions I get asked.

Is this really free?

Yes. One quote, one written reply, no cost and no catch. If it turns into paid work later, that is your call, not mine.

How long does it take?

Two working days by email, from when I have your quote and the details in the form.

I only got a verbal quote, not a written one. Can I still send it?

Yes. Describe it in your own words: what was quoted, what it covers, and what you were told. I can still give you a straight read.

Will you tell the company that quoted me?

No. This stays between us. I reply to you by email, and nobody else hears about it.

What if my firm has more than 20 staff?

Send it anyway. I will still read it, though this offer is built for firms under 20 staff, so a paid Workflow Review may get you further than a free read of one document.

Does this replace the Workflow Review?

No, it is a different job. A second opinion checks a quote you already have. A Workflow Review, $3,500, is a written plan for the one process worth automating first, whether or not you have a quote yet.
