The problem
An events management platform needed rebuilding to a spec that already existed: a Power Apps code app on Dataverse, with automated workflows and a virtual agent handling the front door. The original took one to two developers about two years to build.
I didn't have the original codebase, and I didn't want it. The brief was to rebuild clean room, from the specification alone, so the result had to stand on its own rather than lean on code nobody could see.
What I built
A squad of eight AI agents, each working a scoped piece of the rebuild against the spec I set. I designed the squad and set the direction. I reviewed everything before it shipped. The agents carried the day-to-day work: the app itself, the application lifecycle setup, and the build and deploy pipeline behind it.
The rebuild is a Power Apps code app on Dataverse, the same platform choice as the original. Behind the screens: 12 automated workflows and a virtual agent on the front door, sitting on real source control with automated builds and environment promotion, the governance a platform used by 50 to 200 people needs.

The result
Six weeks is what it took. The original took one to two developers about two years for the same scope. The platform is live and in use across the organisation, somewhere between 50 and 200 people, with the governance a platform that size needs already in place.
One caveat: rebuilding to a spec that already exists is easier than working out what the thing should be. The original team had to discover the requirements. I already had them, and that is a real part of why six weeks was possible.
