You check each reply and press Send. Nothing goes out on its own.
Replies to the routine client and enquiry emails you answer the same way every week. I set it up from your own fees and process notes, so each draft uses your wording. It never types a price or a date of its own.
When the answer is not in your notes, the draft leaves a gap and says so. Every draft lists which of your facts it used, so you can see where it came from.
In Outlook, in your own Microsoft 365. Each reply waits in your Drafts folder under its own category, so there is nothing new to install. Your Drafts folder becomes the queue, and it is ordinary Outlook, so the drafts are there wherever you are.
You open the draft, read it, change what you want and press Send. Nothing is sent without you.
