None of the three bundles material requirements planning into its cheapest tier, so the real comparison is where each one starts charging for the manufacturing depth a small operation actually needs.
One NZD platform, two USD ones
Unleashed invoices directly in NZD, alongside AUD, USD and GBP, so a New Zealand manufacturer sees its actual bill with no conversion. Cin7 Core was founded in New Zealand but its own pricing page states plainly "Prices are in USD and exclude taxes", with no NZD figure anywhere on the site. Katana's schema markup states the same currency, USD, for its Free and Core plans; Advantage is custom and quote-only regardless of currency.
That currency split matters more than it looks: a USD-billed subscription carries exchange-rate exposure a NZD one doesn't, on top of whatever the headline number says.

Which one to pick
- Pick Unleashed if you want your inventory platform invoiced in New Zealand dollars with no exchange-rate exposure, and you're prepared to add AIM or WMS once Core's stock control isn't warehouse-grade enough.
- Pick Cin7 Core if you're running multiple sales channels and need MRP-driven purchasing from a bill of materials, and you're comfortable budgeting in USD.
- Pick Katana if your catalogue sits under 30 SKUs and a genuinely free plan covers you, or you've outgrown that and want unlimited SKUs without Cin7 Core's or Unleashed's platform-fee floor.

Past that, Cin7 Core's Standard at USD $349 undercuts Unleashed's Core at NZD $449 on a straight number, but that comparison mixes currencies, so convert both to the same currency on the day and check which modules each entry tier actually includes before deciding on price alone.
Do any of these three include material requirements planning at the entry tier?
No. Unleashed's equivalent modules, Advanced Inventory Manager and Warehouse Management, are paid add-ons on Core and only bundled free at Pro, NZD $819 a month. Cin7 Core only includes MRP from its middle Pro tier, USD $599, not Standard. Katana treats manufacturing as core to every tier including Free, but its Manufacturing Management, Traceability and Warehouse Management modules are still separate paid add-ons on top of Core.
